Returns, Refunds and Warranty

  • Exchanges and refunds for accessories are accepted within 7 days from the purchasing date if items are unused and are presented in their original condition and packaging.
  • Sale, promotional, and discounted items may not be returned or refunded unless defective.
  • Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.
  • Furniture items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged after delivery unless a manufacturing defect is identified, and the items fall under warranty terms.
  • For any warranty* claims on manufacturing defects, an original proof of purchase needs to be presented along with photographs of the defective furniture unit.
  • Warranty does not include or cover normal fading and discoloration, regular wear and tear, scratches, chips, misuse, neglect, use of improper cleaning products/harsh chemicals/sun-tan oils, damages due to improper self-assembly, acts of nature, force majeure, and other circumstances beyond defects in material and workmanship.
  • If outdoor furniture fails structurally due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the limited warranty period, we will replace the item or part without charge. If a product is discontinued or not available, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar product of equal value or issue a store credit. Parasol reserves the right to resolve any warranty issue with monetary compensation in lieu of product replacement.
  • No replacement or services can be provided after the warranty expiration date.

Warranty period against manufacturing defects is as under:

  • Furniture: 1 year
  • Umbrellas and Lamps/Lightings: 1 year
  • Accessories: No warranty
