Delivery of the purchased goods across UAE should be scheduled within 30 days from the invoice date. If customer is willing to schedule their delivery of existing stock after a period of 30 days and use Parasol storage option, a fee of 10% from total purchase value will be applied on a monthly basis, depending on the number of extra days required.
Extension of a storage period should be done in the showroom, storage fees should be settled prior to confirmation of the delivery date and required agreement form to be signed.
Total time of storing transacted physical stock in Parasol warehouse/showroom should not exceed a period of 90 days from the invoice date. Parasol is not liable for availability and the condition of the articles that have not been dispatched for delivery after 90 days from the purchase date.
No delivery will be dispatched until storage payment is cleared for extra days.
No returns/refunds/credit notes could be offered for furniture stored for more than 90 days from invoice date (unless manufacturing defect is identified).
